Learn the basics of the different teas, how to brew tea and discover many guidelines for creating your own tea formulas using a large variety of ingredients such as herbs from the garden, black tea or green tea, spices from the cupboard, and fruits and nuts. We will blend teas for pleasure and a few tasty blends that can be used for relaxation or digestion or immune boosting. Everyone will try their hand at making a tea blend.
