Berry Lime Ginger Fruit Salad (seasonal fruit and berries in a lime flavored simple syrup with crystallized ginger)
Sweet Pea and Mint Spread (a delicious sweet pea, mint, and Parmesan dip served with crackers)

Salmon Cake (tender salmon cake made with fresh salmon, parsley, Old Bay, and a touch of Parmesan, with a creamy lemon dill sauce) served on a bed of mixed greens with a crusty homemade roll)
