We'll discuss how herbs can help with the issues of everyday stress and anxiety. How can we prepare for the onslaught? There are lots of choices. We'll also talk about some herbs that protect and rejuvenate the brain and nervous system. It's a rough world out there, but herbs can help! Instructor is Tina Sams of The Essential Herbal.
